Hausbau Direct Builds

Below are some principal renderings. The actual buildings may vary slightly but you can use them as garages, sleepouts, offices, storage sheds, ... Electrics - yes, Plumbing - no, as that would need building consent.
They will have a concrete slab and footing, be timberframed and will comply with the building code and NZS 3604.
Cladding will be Coloursteel, either 5Rib or plain corrugate in the colour of your choice.
Stormwater runoff can be stored in separate rainwater tank or soak pit (both are extra and not included, sorry).
The Direct Buildings will come with 1 window, 1 entrance door and 1 rollerdoor as per standard issue. Additional windows are an option. If you want to use it as a sleepout, insulation and interior lining are an optional upgrade.
