Curriculum Vitae
Hi everybody!
Since my apprenticeship as a Chef my way has led me from Cologne to Munich, Germany. From there it took me to New Zealand and I 've just spend a winter season in Aspen, Colorado, USA. This website shall give you the opportunity to follow up on my track.
I spend 4 weeks in Fiji on the way back and moved from Akaroa to Wanaka. And yet another interseason.
